My sessions are focused on fun activities you do together as a family, and captured in a mix of documentary style and playful prompts, meaning your kids will actually have a good time and it'll show in the photos too. Whether you'd like to go on a native bush walk to a beautiful lookout, take the taxi boat to famous Cathedral Cove, or spend an afternoon island hopping, I'll organise and plan it all for you, saving you hours of research so you can focus on your trip.

2 Get to know call
Next up, we meet through zoom to see if we're a good fit and talk about your schedule and ideas. This in person meet is how I can really tailor the session for your family.
3 Planning
Based on our chats, I'll make you a tailored timeline and preparation guide. Once we've got a plan, I'll send through my questionnaire to get to know your family even better.
4 Your session
On the day of your session, you can simply be present with the kids and have fun, knowing I'll capture your adventure in a beautiful and timeless way.
FAQ
Can we take photos in two locations?
Yes! Once you've sent through your inquiry, we'll get on a zoom call to get to know each other and for me to hear your vision. Then I tailor your itinerary completely based on that with 1-4 different locations!
What do I wear for my shoot?
Once you're booked in you'll receive a full style guide, but in short I recommend your wear something that feels like you, while being aware of how different colours and patterns affect the overall look of your photos.
What happens if the weather is not good?
You'll receive a back-up plan together with your finished timeline. I'll keep an eye on the weather leading up to our session. If the risk for rain is big, we'll either change the date (if possible) or take the photos somewhere we won't get soaked.
What are the best locations for family photography?
The Coromandel peninsula is stunning for family photos because we're surrounded by native bush, beautiful beaches and breathtaking lookouts. I have a big range of favourite locations depending on the style of shoot you're after, and will send through several recommendations.
